It may seem strange to some, but there is a special bond between owners and their pets. Most of my pets I've had for many years, and such is the case with one of my beloved family members who has recently gone missing.
He is a seven year old feline; neutered male; a little overweight from years of happy indoor living and now out there somewhere on his own, ill equipped to handle outdoor living (he's never been further than the back porch).
His name is Gatsu (pronounced "got-sue"), and has been missing since Saturday night, February 23rd.
Here is a photo of him:

He got loose in the Live Oak subdivision on Hwy 17.
I'd like to ask that anyone able keep an eye out for him, and contact me immediately if he's been spotted. He's always been skittish though and leery of strangers, so it might not be wise to try and catch him if he is spotted.
If he's seen, please contact Jeanette at: (912) 308-0560.
I'd like to thank everyone in advance; I couldn't ask for a better community.
Edit: As of 03/12/13, still no sign of him.
