Description: Join us for free breakfast during a video information session followed by an optional 80 minute aerobic workout session with trained instructors and a chance to visit vendors from, local gyms, herb shops and grocery stores. This is a 'large event' demonstration to build awareness and increase screening propensity for colon cancer and associated healthy living principles.
