Description: Bryan County and area residents have the chance to meet with environmental advocate Erin Brockovich from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at Love’s Seafood off Highway 17 at the Ogeechee River. The Ogeechee Riverkeeper organization is hosting the event in support of the fight against King America Finishing, the Screven County-based textiles plant believed by some to be the cause of recent fish kills and pollution in the river.
