Ribbon Sales & Festival Fundraiser for Evan Nelms

Description: Ribbon sales are currently under way to benefit Evan Nelms, a 5-year-old Richmond Hill boy who is battling leukemia for the second time in a year. Orange bows to be placed on mailboxes or storefronts are on sale for $10 and can be purchased by calling 912-308-3774. All proceeds go toward Evan’s medical expenses. A festival fundraiser is also planned for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 23 at J.F. Gregory Park in Richmond Hill. The day will include raffle prizes, horse rides, face painting, live music and more.
